Exchange Policy

At Vance Shoe Repair, we do not support exchanges once an order or service request has been placed.

Before confirming your order, please carefully review all details, including service type, item specifications, quantity, and contact information. We are unable to accept exchange requests due to incorrect selections made by the customer, such as:

  • Incorrect service selected
  • Incorrect item details provided
  • Incorrect contact or shipping information

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or under service, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Fee

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value if the cancellation is approved.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery or service completion.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and we will not be able to issue a refund.


Eligible Cases for Returns & Refunds

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The service result does not match the original request
  • The item differs significantly from the description

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following:

  • Must be in original condition
  • Must not be worn, used, or altered
  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Must not be damaged due to customer misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)
  • Any relevant communication with our team

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued
  • It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider
